- Heat: Bring 150ml of fresh water to a temperature of 90-95°C (just before a rolling boil).
- Steep: Pour the water over the blend, cover, and let it brew for 5-6 minutes. This allows the spices (Clove and Cardamom) to release their warmth without overpowering the bright fruits.
- Enjoy: Strain and enjoy. Thanks to the natural sweetness of Licorice root, it is delicious completely plain.
Cold Brew: The Botanical Iced Tea
- Combine: Mix 2 tablespoons of Valley Bloom loose tea with 600ml of cold, filtered water in a glass pitcher.
