Tea products are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

About Spilled or Damaged Product:
If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of a product that you receive from us, please report within 24 hours from the time of delivery and we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable within 30 days from date of delivery.
